Billing address must match the shipping address provided. Any orders placed with billing address different from shipping address will be refunded.
Our business hours are Monday-Saturday 9am-8pm EST. Please allow 2-3 days for orders to be processed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Processing will not begin on orders placed after 5pm EST until the next business day.
Orders are not shipped until credit card authorization has been verified and cleared. Please allow 5-7 days for order to be shipped. Our preferred shipping method is USPS. D'Vyne Strands is not responsible for orders lost or stolen once package has shipped or package delays once an order leaves our center. All shipments require signature confirmation upon delivery.
No refunds will be provided. All sales are final.
Due to the nature of the human hair industry, returns are not accepted. Exchanges are considered on a case by case basis.
In accordance with federal health law human hair products can not be exchanged if any portion has been used, worn or tampered with in any way prior to exchange. If you receive the wrong product please contact us within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange for the originally intended item(s). In order to qualify for an exchange, the item(s) you are exchanging must meet the following conditions:

Exchange must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
All item(s) must be in the original packaging, unsed and unaltered, meaning the item should not be unraveled, combed, brushed, cut, colored, worn or tampered within any way prior to the exchange.
Email us at email@example.com with images of the incorrect item(s) along with your name and order number to begin the exchange process.
Due to hygiene and federal law, a complete and thorough inspection of the item will be conducted and exchanges will be accepted at the discretion of D'Vyne Strands.
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an inaccurate price, D'Vyne Strands reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for the product at the incorrect price. If a credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, D'Vyne Strands shall issue a credit to the credit card account used for the amount of the incorrect price.
D'Vyne Strands delivers notices to you by email, general notices on our site, or by other methods to the address you provide.
